The Graham Care Group

Introduction

The Graham Care Group owns and operates care homes and extra care accommodation for over 300 residents in Surrey, Kent and Sussex. The existing five homes together with three development sites provide the group with the potential to develop places for over 700 residents.

The business is family owned by Ernie & Dr Karen Graham, who founded it in 1996. Their aim is to provide "homes for life" for residents with on-going personal care needs.

The Homes

Rodwell Farm - Surrey

Rodwell Farm Nursing Home is a detached character home set in a one acre site in rural Surrey. The Home provides care for frail elderly and young physically disabled together with a unit specializing in care for residents with dementia type illnesses.

Cornford House - Kent

Cornford House Nursing Home has recently been completely re-built offering larger than average rooms all with ensuite facilities and extensive communal lounges and dining rooms. The home offers 76 places to include nursing care for frail elderly residents and a unit for residents with dementia type illnesses.

The Priory - Kent

The Priory Residential Home is a Victorian character building set in beautiful and extensive grounds. The home offers professional care for residents with dementia type illnesses in a homely setting.

Hailsham House - Sussex

Hailsham House Nursing Home is a modern building currently offering 90 places. The home is divided into four individual houses all specializing in care of residents with dementia type illnesses. Hailsham House is developing 31 "care suites" which prospective residents will be able to buy on a leasehold basis.
