Biography

Alison has been qualified as a Registered Nurse since 1984 and further qualified as a Registered Midwife in 1986.  Since 1996 she has held various management roles specialising in care of the elderly and dementia and was subsequently promoted to Regional Manager.  During her career she has managed a number of care facilities ranging from 31 – 90 beds to more recently having responsibility for service users and high volumes of staff.  Post registration she has continued her professional development and holds the Registered Managers Award and NEBOSH Health and Safety level  1.
