Biography

Cilla Baldwyn RGN has worked in a medical environment throughout her career.  Her experience includes nursing home management, hospital negotiations for a leading medical insurance company and working as part of the development team for one of the UK’s first long term care insurance products.

She now works as a Quality Consultant to the Graham Care Group supporting Managers in all aspects of quality initiatives.
