New generation "My Amego" nurse call system now live at The Priory
"MyAmego" is now enabling dementia sufferers at The Priory to maintain their quality of life and a degree of ‘independence’ without the need for constant intrusive monitoring by carers. Residents wear a special fob and, using the network of over 70 monitoring points throughout the home,the system alerts the care staff when a resident enters a risk area or if a resident is missing from a pre-set area at certain times.

On-line Care Plans now available to Residents and Relatives at all homes in the Group
Following initial trials at Rodwell Farm, all our residents and their relatives and friends can now access the current care plans and daily reports on the internet. Following a special security process in line with the Mental Capacity Act, nominated individuals are given a unique username and password which allows them to view the respective resident's details on-line. This enables them to be much more closely involved in the residents care,which hopefully allows us to fulfil their needs and wishes more effectively.
