Biography

Karen is a Registered Nurse and holds the Registered Managers Award (RMA).  As a Quality Consultant Karen provides support to the management team advising and updating policies across the group in line with current regulatory and statutory requirements to provide the highest standards of care.

In addition Karen is actively working with the Home Managers to promote and maintain social and family links for residents.
